How We Use and Disclose the Information.

We will use the personal information you provide online for the purpose(s) you have submitted. Personal information is required in order for us to send out your order to the correct address and to keep in contact with you as we prepare your order.

For your personal convenience, we DO NOT send out any sort of spam/advertising e-mail, and will NOT expose your personal information elsewhere.

Collection of Information by Others.

Our site may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. You should check the other sites' privacy notices since we have no control over information that is submitted to or collected by them.

Our Products.

Our products are 100% legit made with the finest leather, and hand-drawn materials. We use absolutely NO machinary as we stand strongly behind our artistic abilities that help maintain Vicious Belts as a unique and creative business. Our Pre-Designed belts are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE, which simply means which ever customer orders the belt first, we will take the belt off of the site, and that belt will be reserved and sent to that buyer. Our Pre-Designed belts do not come in bulk and we only carry one of each belt in stock. What ever you see in the picture, is the EXACT belt you will be getting. Once one belt is sold, it will be fully removed from the site and a new different designed belt will be put up. If you are purchasing a customized belt, you MUST explain to us in detail how you want your belt to look. We CANNOT mimic and/or design trademarked/copyrighted logos on the belt. To avoid fraudalance, the designs must only be simple shapes such as hearts, stars, words, nicknames, instruments and other basic objects that are not owned by copyrighted/trademarked companies. (Example: Your nickname in big letters, surrounded by swirls, stars, and other unique designs.) If you have your own drawing/design that you have made up and you would like to have it on your belt, we can include that on the belt as long as it is YOUR own design. Our logo will be designed at least once on your Customized Belt for advertising purposes. Our Customized Belts come in all sizes (small, medium, large). We ONLY use black ink and white belts for now. Colors will be added in the future. We gaurantee our belts to the fullest, and will be more than happy to assist you as a customer if you have any concerns or questions referring to our products.

Refund/Exchange Method

There is absolutely NO refund/exchanges on the Customized Belt. However, there is a 10 day return/exchange policy with the Pre - Designed Belts. Pre-Designed Belts can only be replaced/refunded ONCE. The returned belt must also be in good shape and look like the way it did when it was sent out from Vicious Belts. We are NOT in charge of Shipping and Handling if you decide to send the belt back. You must also contact us first prior to shipping back the belt, so we know before-hand.

Our Shopping Cart.

Vicious Belts for now ONLY uses the trusted site of Paypal. All check out procedures are securely run and confirmed through Paypal. In order to purchase a belt, you MUST have a Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, please use their sign up page. Signing up is 100% free.

International Users.

If you are visiting viciousbelts.com from a location outside of the United States, your orders placed through viciousbelts.com will be fully processed in and shipped from the United States and all information you provide will be processed securely. If you live in the Canada or Mexico regions, we requre a $9.95 charge for shipping and handling; $11.95 for all other countries. Our products are shipped out by priority mail with the United States Postal Service, which is known for its fast and reliable provided services.

Domestic Users.

If you are visiting viciousbelts.com from a location within the United States, your orders placed through viciousbelts.com will be fully processed in and shipped from the United States and all information you provide will be processed securely. We requre a $4.80 Shipping and Handling charge for anyone ordering within the US. Customers ordering who reside in the New York State region, will be charged the $4.80 + 7.375% sales tax rate included in their order(s).
