1.) How long does it take for my belt to ship out?
It should take about 1-2 weeks with a Customized Belt order. Take into consideration that we have to customize the belts by hand which will take an extra few days to get done. Sending out a Pre-Designed Belt order should only take within 5-6 business days, maybe even less.

2.) If I am not satisfied with my belt, can I send it back?
Yes you can, but only with the Pre-Designed Belts. We do NOT offer an refund on the Customized Belts, because we cannot re-sell the belt(s) that you design. However, we do offer a 10 day refund policyon the Pre-Designed Belts.

3.) If I am not happy with the purchase, can I exchange it for another belt?
Yes you can, but only with the Pre-Designed Belts. We do NOT offer an exchange on the Customized Belts, because we cannot re-sell the belt(s) that you design. However, we do offer a 10 day exchange policy on the Pre-Designed Belts.
